Hotel Ponderosa Tenerife

I stayed All Inclusive for 9 days. Rooms dated. Had to pay to watch the TV's. Had to pay for Internet but never ever worked anyway! Staying AI I expected my room to be cleaned and the beds made up every day. This only happened 1 time. Towels changed once also, only after demanding them to be changed and also telling them to clean my room.

Complained to reception yet again to get my sheets changed, maid apparently came and changed them, even though after inspection they were the same sheets that were originally on the bed, unless all sheets had the same dirty marks on as mine. Also the pillowcase was inside out on arrival and after the supposed change of sheets the pillowcase was yet again on inside out. Went to reception to complain, and reception then sent the cleaner/maid to the room to shout and ball at us, repeatedly screaming yes, yes yes she had changed the sheets. Felt totally embarrassed and intimidated by this behaviour.

All inclusive drinks very limited and ran out of vodka twice in my stay. All inclusive only lasted 'til 10.00, whereas the Sunshine website states 11.00 (subject to change). Breakfast was the most edible, in fact I would even go on to say it was nice most mornings. Lunch and dinner were not worth going in for, unless you liked pork, or chicken on the bone. You certainly couldn't rely on the snacks to tide you over, as this consisted of a plate of dry sandwiches which were left out on the bar.
